Trustworthiness Is necessary to explain and discuss what must be done, so everyone has a cristal clear image of what is expected from each one. In this way there are no misunderstandings, and trust is gained. Hard work Usually there is no great achievement without constant, persistent and energetic effort over a period of time. Speed Many times to arrive second is not good enough. Speed is important when oportunities appear. Humility There is allways someone who knows more in any other subject.
